Ship Management
The majority of Dorval’s vessels are managed by our in-house technical managers at Dorval Ship Management K.K.（DSM).
To develop our own well-qualified crews, DSM recruits cadets and conducts training programs for on-board practice.
Our safety management system is operated by a multinational team, all of whom have vast experience in chemical tanker management.
Our organisational structure provides fully-integrated commercial and technical management of our fleet supported by clear and direct inter-departmental communication.
